Exercised again horrah

I forgot to write about my exercise mid week, I was feeling very demotivated, so I deferred it to Thursday, but I went out and did a 2 mile run (just a familiar route that I take). I felt great afterwards.

Then today I went for a run with my brother-in-law in Canvey, and again 2 miles, and though it wasn't a fast pace, it was a big motivational boost, and I'm looking forward to doing more exercise on Wednesday.

Exercise again

Yes, I managed to do some exercise this weekend, only 1/2 hour in the gym; cycling, walking and running, but the point is I did something, and I was really not in the mood for doing exercise, but I managed to do some. So I'm really pleased with myself, well done me.

Week 2 of Feb

So I was ill at the weekend, so did a gym session on Tuesday, and did my mid-week session on Thursday. I did a bootcamp work out for 25 minutes. Now really knackered!

First exercise of February 2013

So I have done my first bit of exercise for the first week of February. I am happy. It was a run, and with the wind up it was quite difficult at times.

Using the new Runkeeper app I monitored my pace, and I was able to stay under 10 minute mile pace! First time I have managed to do that since I started exercising again. I got to over 2 miles and thought about going for 3 miles, but because my pace was so good I decided to try and make it under 10 minute mile pace to the end, so did about 2.34 miles.
