First exercise of February 2013

So I have done my first bit of exercise for the first week of February. I am happy. It was a run, and with the wind up it was quite difficult at times.

Using the new Runkeeper app I monitored my pace, and I was able to stay under 10 minute mile pace! First time I have managed to do that since I started exercising again. I got to over 2 miles and thought about going for 3 miles, but because my pace was so good I decided to try and make it under 10 minute mile pace to the end, so did about 2.34 miles.
