Exercised again horrah

I forgot to write about my exercise mid week, I was feeling very demotivated, so I deferred it to Thursday, but I went out and did a 2 mile run (just a familiar route that I take). I felt great afterwards.

Then today I went for a run with my brother-in-law in Canvey, and again 2 miles, and though it wasn't a fast pace, it was a big motivational boost, and I'm looking forward to doing more exercise on Wednesday.
